This is the last thing I will say about this dead Osama hysteria. My old school, Bentley University, had a huge rally last night for dead Osama. Seems real American right? Well with chants of "Cancel Finals" my point is proven. Nobody actually gives a fuck, they just want an excuse to act like jackasses and not have finals. Are you kids serious?
At least they sang the fucking national anthem in between being morons. So using this occasion not as an excuse to reflect on the last ten years, but as a time to try and get school canceled, get drunk and act like fools. We are just crushing stereotypes.

yo asshole....the cancel finals chant was about 15 seconds of the entire 3 hour celebration...we were out there because of patriotism for our country...only someone who is not a proud american would complain about people coming together in unity to celebrate the USA...is someone jealous theyre too old to join in on the celebration?...fuck you.
ReplyDeleteAS I recall, those cancel finals chants only lasted for 15 seconds and began at the very end of the entire celebration. Kids came together for their country and for their families and friends that perished because of terrorism. Some people took it too far, but unity for our nation was strong. I don't see any patriotic articles on you site?
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHAhAH what a douche. I was there the whole time and I didnt even hear that chant becuase most people were too busy belting american songs and waving flags. Oh yea if people want there finals to be canceled anyway that totally means that they dont give a fuck...especially when they already have job offers.

ReplyDeleteI agree wholeheartedly, as a current Bentley student...while they all claim to be patriotic, and perhaps they are...this was just an excuse to go crazy, and college students would never pass up an opportunity like this....
ReplyDeletewhat ashamed me the most is when i read an article that hit the nail on the head....When we saw pictures and videos rioting in the middle east, burning down american flags, with signs that imply executing our president....this is the exact same thing that we are doing on our side...and to be honest is scares me.
