Story from the NY Daily News - The great and controversial former Giants running back has officially filed papers with the NFL to come out of retirement, his agent, Mark Lepselter, said on Twitter Tuesday afternoon. The shocking announcement comes just one month before Barber's 36th birthday, and more than four years since his last game at the end of the 2006 season.
