What's Good With the Bulls?

Alright everyone is talking about the Bulls Heat series. The Bulls took game 1 last night with barely any fight from the Heat. Now, remember I predicted if Luol Deng plays well then the Bulls will be able to compete with the best teams. And he did last night, with 21 points on 15 shots and 14 boards. Full box score here.

Now, don't get me wrong, the Heat will make this a series. I still think they have the ability to crush the Bulls the rest of the way. If Chicago gets production from Deng and Boozer and Noah, they will have a chance.

Looking at the Bulls roster I would have never even given them a chance against the Heat.  But with D Rose, and a league-leading defense, it now looks like a probably outcome. Maybe.

Deng is the key

Here's what I'm seeing though. The Heat were so intent on beating the Celtics that once they did, it was hard to get going last night against the Bulls. I think they will be sluggish again for game 2. And then I think game 3 the Heat will turn it on and force the Bulls to close the series with every game being close and hotly contested. We will see. All I know is I love watching the Heat lose.
