Ohio State Football recruit Chris Carter was arrested Tuesday on a "sexual imposition" allegation. The complaint apparently is that he fondled a girl while pretending to measure her for an ROTC uniform. Classic. According to police the number could be as high as eight girls 'a' fondled.
Carter is 6'4, 325lbs and is a senior at Cleveland's John F. Kennedy High School. The alleged victim of the fondling was a fifteen-year-old.
Carter spent the night in jail Tuesday and was released yesterday.
Carter had a notebook that he kept "measurements" in which apparently had eight girls listed.

Yesterday was National Signing Day, the first day high school recruits could officially join their schools, Ohio State Coach Jim Tressel was intentionally vague talking tot eh press about the incident. The NCAA does not allow coaches to talk about players that have not signed with their team yet. Tressel said,"The only thing we're allowed to talk about today is the kids who have signed letters with us. We don't know what the situation is. It could be larger, it might not."
Man, this is a pretty good way to touch underage boob until the chick realizes that ROTC measurements probably wouldn't be taken in an unlit gym by a creepy senior. Then you're fucked. And I mean rule number one in shit like this is, don't keep a fucking notebook about you fondling fifteen-year-olds. It is never good and it will always bite you in the ass. Always.
