Arizona: More Guns, At College Too!

Okay so as could only be true in the Wild West, GOP politicians in Arizona is about to try and put a law on the books allowing college students and faculty to carry concealed firearms on campuses. Utah is the only state in the nation which already allows concealed firearms on the grounds of it's colleges. Full story here.

Sen. Jack Harper, a Republican sponsoring the campus-carry measures, says "University professors are tired of feeling like sitting ducks." Dude, sitting ducks? I don't know how fucking college is in Arizona.

Okay, so this is what I don't get about western states. How is it somehow better to allow basically anyone to conceal a weapon anywhere at all. In bars, providing they don't drink. In retail stores. It's scary shit. Like don't people think the argument that everyone should have a gun is ridiculous? I can't possibly see how professors and students packing heat is good. College kids hm yeah that's a pretty responsible part of the population. And all these fucked up shooters are fucking ranting in class and shit. All you need is some girl who's pappy sent her to university with a gat to get scared and start popping, then next thing you know it's a fucking massacre in Lit 101. If they even acknowledge the existence of books in Arizona.
